Ok well I wasnt very happy with the outcome of my pictures that I took yesterday so I decided to go back and try it again. I dont know if I am very happy with this picture either. Please let me know what you think is the composition good, the color, I added a slight glow to the picture too let me know if it takes away or adds to the picture.

The subject seems a little soft.

I like the idea, I'm not an specialist but a little bit of contrast in the colours would go really good I think.

A gave it a go (as you seem to be OK with others editing your pics)

Yes I am fine with editing my pictures lol... Thank you for that edit. I see what you mean now with the contrast and I think it looks better. Thank you

I am not sure I like the glow. Ice makes me thing of something sharp and cold, not soft and warm like your picture. But that is just my thoughts. If warm is what you were going for it is good.

While ice may suggest "sharp" and "cold", the light of the setting sun does quite the opposite. It gives the photo a warm colour temperature, and the sail is very white, so is the snow and the ice ... hence I am not all that dead set against the soft glow here. Though I am curious to see the original!
And I am not sure I would want to touch the contrasts and colour intensity here since the light is already giving things quite some colour-intense lighting.
