If you are using Canon EOS 400D or Kiss X

Hi everyone,

I was thinking of buying a Canon EOS 400D Kit, but then when I was ready, the market ran out of this type. They suggested using Canon 400D Kiss X. Around me it seems that no one has used the "Kiss X" before. If you're using either, would you just please let me know if there's any defective in using a "Kiss X" in comparision with a 400D Kit? Thank you so much.

Opps: I love taking lanscape photos/natural beauty other than anything else. So I would appreciate if you could tell me which lense should I buy additionally (I know that the package of a Kiss X has a 18-55 lense already). Thanks for help.

They are the same camera, just different names. It was called the KissX in Japan I think.

Also called Rebel XTi in Nth America

Out of interest as this is a different region camera to the 400D are you getting this through import? If so make sure you know who will get stung for the import tax - some of those online hongkong companies sound very cheap = till you throw import tax on top.
