Management had just made me close the window as too drafty and first rain for about a month - still not enough to damp the ground when this little poser arrived on the table.

Better check with my good eye!

Try both - what's that strange light?

Looks like he's flashing at me!

    If that's what he wants . . . . .

Feel a bit ruffled and got the wind-up after that! Move to a safer distance.

All taken in a couple of minutes - surprised the rain spots on the glass didnt do more damage compared to "Pidgeon toes" taken earlier during a "pipe break" with window open.

Fun series, especially with your captions! You really captured a bit of their personality, the way they look at you with one eye, then cock their head and look at you with the other. The last one's a beaut.

Thanks J - I enjoy the little characters that come to the feeders and I have to do something to make up for lack of skill when compared to Rob and the other guys.

    Great pics!

But is that a Robin? I think it may be a female bluebird.

Very nice shots of a lovely little bird, even though I find the background in the first few a bit distracting. Not much you could do about it, though, I expect...

Listen to the Texan talking... Bluebird indeed... Tsk ! :lmao:
