haha no, they are from Tata motors in India. The one in the middle on the right is Ratan Tata, who is a multi-bajillionaire and he now owns Jaguar and Land Rover.

No I think that the guy second from the right is Tayta something, his company is behind making that sub-$3000 car in the India I think it is..

Yep, it's called the Nano and it's dirt cheap. Unfortunately, if it hits anything it explodes into a zillion pieces, so I don't think it meets crash test standards for the US.
