I'm new here.

I'm 14 years old and recently been getting interested in photography and journalism. Me and my friend are two keen learners of photography and she has taught me the basics of a D-SLR camera. For my first, semi-pro, camera I got the Sony a200 as it wasn't too expensive but looking at the reviews and specifications seemed like a nice piece of work. I've had a good two long days playing with it, taking shots of my two beautiful dogs and the rest of my family, I'll post a few at the end of this thread. Just been looking around other photography forums and this one seemed a nice community and place to visit for advice, so yeah I'm open for anything. :thumbup:
