Had a play with a 4X5 large format camera last night, instead of using a plastic negative i used photographic paper and this is what you get

This was shot at ISO3 yes ISO3

Then you process it like a print, when its dry you get a new piece of photographic paper shiny side up and place this paper negative shiny side down place a piece of glass on top and expose for 55 seconds and when it has been processed you get this

Cool. Yet another reason film is so much cooler than digital. :D

I remember doing something like this in my B&W film photography class in high school. We took the negatives and made an exposure on normal photo paper then made another negative on another piece of photo paper with the same technique.

Another fun thing to do is to place objects on top of the photo paper and use their shadows to create interesting prints when exposing them with the enlarger.
