Can you give a bit more information.

Are you looking for a web application, a desktop application? What kind of images are you resizing(jpeg, raw, png)?

I can tell you right now if your looking for perfection it wont happen. An image contains a set number of pixels, if you make the image smaller you remove pixels, if you make it larger you have to estimate pixels. Theres just no way around that.

Sorry for so little details. Metros, that is okay but I prefer a desktop application.

Anyways, I want a desktop program that converts .jpg to 800x600.

    It's free and very useful.

Jpeg and lossless aren't words that work well together, by the way. ;)
