Not sure why they always stay long enough to let me get the pic, but it's like they just know

This one was taken with my Sony Cybershot DSC-200 point and shoot. They were up pretty close to the road.

Oops. Up close to the road :shock: !?!?!?!?
Bad news for deer.
Very bad news.

Two of those have been not only CLOSE to the road but ran ACROSS the road when I was coming past at close to 100km/h ... and ... well ... that was the last they ever did in their lives ... and my car insurance had to pay over € 3.000.- in repair costs each time
