Inadvertent lightroom adjustment brush setting change?

Seeing if someone can help me. I am using the latest lightroom. I have been editing some pictures and I noticed that my adjustment brush is not working as it has been up until recently, like 2 hours ago...

If I use the adjustment brush and pick exposure...

I move the slider to the left to make the exposure to black.

I paint and the exposure is only like I moved the slider a quarter of the way and even if I repaint over the same portion multiple times it doesn't go all dark.

I tried the same thing with the soften skin and same results. Only a small percentage of what I want is being applied...

I tried the spot removal tool and the slider works as usual...

Did I inadvertently change a setting I don't know of on the adjustment brush?

It is at 40

I changed it to 100 and it is back!!! Thanks!!!
