Forgive me, this was taken using a point and shoot camera under low light.
Anyway it turned out to be good, well, at least for me.

nice catch.
You might try to increase the color and detail in her cheeks by duplicating the background layer and then trying any combination of layer mde and opacity. Multiply at 18% makes a difference.
