Just wanted to say hello. I'm the proud owner of a Canon Kiss (Rebel) X2. It's my aim to learn as much as I can. So, I'm joining various forums, buying needed books, and reading photography blogs as well as twitter comments.

I might not comment much, but I will lurk.

Btw - I wasn't exactly sure what the 'do not edit photos' was all about so I chose 'yes'. What's the pros and cons on that?

I suggest any books by scott kelby. Especially "digital photgraphy" it is the best single book I have used.

Excellent. Thanks. I have his Photoshop CS3 book for Digital Photographers. And I notice he has two versions of The Digital Photography Book. They should keep me busy!
