Introduction and venting

This was a very helpful thread and I will be going to get that book tomorrow if my bookstore has it!

I'm just glad I'm not alone. Sometimes I just feel stupid or like I don't have any talent because I don't "get" all this right away.

I also have to remember that a lot of the photographers that I love (like www.jeremycowart.com) uses A LOT of photoshop and who knows what else (I think magic).

I've become inspired to educate myself and start experimenting/practicing.
