Has anyone use an Ipod for photo storage. This seems like a good option to buying extra memory cards for long trips. The cost of a 60gb Ipod with need accessories is about the same as five 1gb CF

    Any options?

I haven't tried it but that looks pretty hot. I checked out apples website and the support section says that only certain transfer protocals are supported so I would check that page out and verify that your camera has the supported protocal before I bought it.

Don't they have an IPOD Photo now?

There are quite a few portable storage devices on the market...some are also viewers. Check around.
