    thanks completely normal MD :p, seriously, Georgia O'Keefe paintings of flowers had a completely sexual vibe to them. Thats what these remind me of.

    Great job on these closeups Cowbert, these are fabulous. Its good to see you posting again. Haven't seen you here in a while.

    Winter was long and boring with little to take pictures of. There are only so many snow picture one can take. Now that its spring I dusted off the camera and started taking pictures again.

    Thanks for all of the comments! I also notice a sexual vibe to them.

    well .. flowers are inherently sexual. i mean, they are the reproductive organs of plants =P

    Love the differences in colors. You captured that perfectly....and the lighting is nice, it almost flows over the flowers.

    all of them are good, cowbert!
    i like the composition idea here, but i think #1 is my fav.
    #2 and #3 are more like 'close - up's abstraction', and #1 just is abstraction -:) - and this is what i like .
