Photos NOT OK to edit
I would like to try to take a star trail photograph, but I don't know how to accomplish that on an old N6006 camera. Can anyone help me please?

I don't have one, but I have B on F501/N2020

You probably have to set it on manual model to access the B in shutter speed. You will also need a remote trigger, or use timer.

Thanks, for some reason I didn't think to switch to manual. Also, that brings me to another question...does anyone know where I can get a remote shutter release for the N6006?

Shooting in manual, you should be able to dial the shutter down to B.

BTW, Ektar 100 and Portra 160 work pretty good for all-night exposures, and so does Across 100 if you shoot night stuff.

When the weather clears up, and I'm done working, I want to go camping and see what happens when I do a 5-6 hour long exposure with Ektar 100.

Never mind about the cable, I figured out I need a locking cable and I found one.

I'm a total newbie at film photography and just found out the difference in film ISO, so I will definitely pick some rolls up for it to try it out, Sw1tchFX, thanks! And good luck at your long exposure!
