Is this a good alternative for EN-EL4 Charger?

Currently I'm using a Nikon 3DS. However, I can't find the charger and I need the camera urgently by next week. Is there a cheaper option available besides the MH-22 quick charger that Nikon offers if so would it be worth it? I found this online though I'm not sure so I'm askin for opinions

It says out of stock on your link to the charger ? If it don't burn down the house I guess it will be ok !
