Photos OK to edit
I went to Italy for two weeks with my family and snapped off quite a few pictures. Here are my favorites from Rome. Since this was a family vacation and not a photo shoot, I chose not to lug my tripod around which can explain some of the blurrier shots. C&C welcome & encouraged!

1. Spanish Steps: ISO100, 10mm, 1/60, F8

2. The Pantheon (balanced on garbage can): ISO100, 10mm, 2 sec, F4

3. I don't know what this is, but everyone else was taking pictures, so I figured what the heck (laying on back at foot of this building): ISO400, 10mm, 4/5 sec, F4

4. Again (garbage can pod): ISO400, 10mm, 2/5 sec, F4

5. One more time: ISO200, 10mm, 1/500 sec, F9

6. Outside the Catacombs: ISO100, 100mm, 1/200 sec, F9

7. Outside Catacombs again: ISO100, 45mm, 1/200 sec, F9

Hey AU, great shots!

#6 & #7 are good. I wished you had used maybe a f22-32 range on those to get the background more in focus.

Good job! Roll Tide!

Thanks! I only took three shots of that field because it was on our way to the bus stop outside the catacombs and I didn't want to keep my family waiting. Had I had more time, I would have toyed more with the settings...oh well.

Oh, and War Eagle! What part of Alabama are you from?

Hey, I was noticing the faces on each side of the fountain in #1. They look like they would make for cool, slow exposure shots with the water coming out of their mouths. I know, hind sight.

Didn't you just love Italy? I know I do. Once I am a millionaire, I am going to have a villa in Florence.

I am in Tuscaloosa, of course.
