iTouch or Macro Lens for $200?

Long story short, my neighbor would be acting as a middle man selling iPhone and iTouches for very cheap. I have used several of them and they work fine. I will be getting a 32GB iTouch for about $200+- but am contemplating on a 90 or 60mm macro lens!

EeEkK!! What to do what to do!?

Not really a debate (which is why I was originally going to post this under Off Topic Chat) but aaah! Just wanted to tell my frustrations!
