It's arrived and so have I

Finally, after more than a month's wait, my 24-105 f/4 L has arrived.

So...I guess that means I've finally arrived as well, having emerged from the dismal, ever so slightly soft-focused pre-L abyss that once was my photographic life, at long last ready and worthy to take my place alongside digital gods. </snicker>

I can't wait to get it out in some decent light this weekend to make some test images and get the feel for it. This time of year, it's long dark be the time I get off work during the week.
