I'm not too sure about this stuff as laundry is the womens work :blushing: but woolens (or woollens!:lol: ) are articles of clothing like jumpers, cardigans, socks etc that have to be washed on a delecate setting or by hand to avoid the wool fibres from breaking or turning to hard string. I think. I never do the washing, honest.



(Creeps sheepishly back to the tumble dryer!:er: )

 
Jumpers = Sweaters.

This is hilarious watching the queen's English get butchered by you Americans *shakes fist high above head*.

I'm never going to admit to that even if it were true!:lol:

When I was a kid I did have some wool swimming trunks though! They were red with a gold colored trim! We used to go on holiday to Scarborough & swim in the sea (the North Sea!:stun: ). They kept my bits warm whilst my legs and arms turned blue!
