I used to watch a lot of anime a few years back but got bored with it. My new kick seems to be Japanese Dramas of course I'm wondering who else on here watches them and if they have any suggestions.

I watched a couple Japanese dramas over the past few years (Names I can't recall), I found that the Anime scene was more to my liking. Anime just gets more attention and cleaner translations, I don't have the time to learn another language so I can understand what I am hearing. I also can't stand trying to watch something and reading subtitles at the same time, I makes me sick literally.

I used to be an avid Manga fan.....also watched a lot of Japanese films, but no TV programmes. I'm currently struggling with Italian TV....don't know whether to laugh or cry most of the time.

It would be nice to have better subtitling than most Jdramas have but a lot of them are really good. Better than anything on American TV.
