I was visiting some old friends from my Jiu Jitsu club and managed to squeak out 900 shots of the night. Here are 180 of the best from the night. I'd love to hear your comments and critique, so please don't be shy!

P.S. I acknowledge some of these are a bit dark .. sorry on that.

(nods) I used to train with them, so I knew that was going to be a big problem for most of the shots. This one came so quickly, I didn't have time to work out a different angle. Maybe I'm being narcissistic, but I like myself in this shot, haha.

you can take yourself out in photoshop.

I like having the photographer in the shot. It adds a whole 'nother dimension to it.

The photographer fits, because you have the action, boy tumbling, and two reflections, one who caused action and one who recorded it. Both reflections tell something about the situation without detracting from the main action.

I like.

I'll stand in the line of "I don't like the reflection of the photographer" people.

That said, great action shot! :)
