shoot from a slightly higher angle, up the nostril shots aren't flattering, I would also have used the other side of her face to distract from the spot/wart, I'm pretty sure she'd have preferred to have this removed, clone it out or at least use the blur tool on it. H

I just made some quick changes - crop, hairlight, soften, clean up under the eyes, darken the hot spots and lips, and took the second catchlights out of the eyes.
