Unfortunately, I have a couple for these in my yard and decided to take a shot of one.
Cool, you have glow-in-the-dark dandelions! I have never seen them before. How do you switch them on?
That is cool, now tell us some 'stuff' of how and what you shot with to get this shot. Please
Was this done in Photoshop, or did you used a snooted flash to illuminate only the dandelion?
Thanks for the replies, glad you like it!
You turn them on by letting them know that you love them and that you have been too lazy to go to the store to get poison.
D90 with kit 18-105
0.6m from subject
on a tripod with the cameras timer to trigger shutter
harsh light (for strong lines)
proper WB (WhiBal then saved and opened again to change WB in PS)
Changed WB to tungsten and under exposed 4 stops in PS, causing the Dandelion to fluoresce but still have good detail in the "shadows".
 cool shot!! Looks like something out of Avatar lol
Very different! I like. Not the weed the picture.
