TY all - nope still not figured out whats going on with the lighting - its pretty weird! Looked at all your suggestions again and tried them all out but nothings working :grumpy:

Ill figure it though - iv currently got tape over the cam flash and ts stops the undexposure! LOL

Shibby, ill be happy to post a pic, but my set up is currently packed away - hopefully ill have my (very modest) studio set up soon and ill set a pic then

I would be careful covering the head of your flash. It could burn the flash head up.

Doesnt' matter the money put into it, it's how the pictures turn out. Lots of people probably dump money into studio set-ups and still have poor images.
