Hi I am Rob. I started out in photography when I was in high school. Those years ago it was film only and computers were a novelty, that was in the early 70's. Now days the last 14 years has been digital. The migration from film to digital was difficult and frustrating. The thing that got me the most was editing photos, over edit under edit no edit. Its getting easier now. Slowing down to read the instructions, has helped a lot.
I live in South Africa in what was once a small town(platteland dorp) but has grown into a small city, due to mining. I don't have a specific style or interest in photography. Though lately portraits are grabbing me. I have a few projects I want to shoot, I have willing models and they are fun people to be around with.
