Love the tone in this photo. Maybe try a slightly tighter crop at the top. I do find the powerlines and cars to be a bit distracting, but save for some cloning in PS not much you can do about those

Going with the title of this photo, the cars don't seem too wrong to me, for if there's something so parklike as this "just behind the city centre" and there would not even be any cars, it'd seem like a fake, almost.
Which is why I'm impressed by the beauty of this place "just behind the city centre", I - too - like the colouring of this one, the trees seem to glow, sort of. And I can live with the cars.

Really like the way the tone darkens to the left and the trees are highlighted , I agree with LaFoto the cars fit nicely in the scene. Would be nice to get rid of the powerlines though it does not affect me much, if your going to get rid of the powerlines may as well get rid of the post? beside the trunk of the tree. Good composition, good effect and good work.
