of Houses copyrighted 1953 from an eBay purchase. I was only 9 years old when this book hit the stands. What a great source of rules regarding sunlight and angles for example that never change. I really got a kick out of how those folks corrected the Keystone effect. Much easier today with the PC lens. After looking through the book, I think those folks (that lived in those homes) had life really much better than we do. Yeah, they didn't have dishwashers, cell phones, cable TV or garbage disposals but wow some great rooms and architecture to boot. Really a relaxed look and feel. I think I'm going to continue collecting these types of books. The price is right and they can't be found where I live.
