got these at a park near my house this afternoon... finally, some blue skies to shoot against! 40D, 400mm, 1/4000 @ f/6.3

Lovely eagle. What 400mm lens were you using? Looking at the images, it seems the light was too intense, maybe using a smaller aperture like F8 - F13. Thanks for sharing
