Work is ok, however I think the images are way to big to be web-friendly. So you might want to shrink those down =)

The web layout design is a bit bland and messy, you could concentrate all navigation buttons / links into one horizontal or vertical bar instead. Hmm, I think those 2 things will improve the website 10 fold already, after that I will be glad to give more feedback =)
