Is this true? It is reall a rare good quality lens? I've never heard of it before.

If so, why would this user start it at .99 cents??

I just don't need to get ripped off of course. Who does? Any other Kiron lens on ebay (.ca and .com) doesn't go for much.

I think the user is only saying it's rare is because there aren’t very many. But to me something that's rare is that PLUS something that people actually want. Now since these auctions are so cheap, I don't think it's a well sought out for lens.

Nikon makes great lenses. I wonder how the Kiron compares since this user claims it to have such great optics.
