A lot of photography makes a political statement, whether it is the view of the photographer or not. That doesn't mean the photo does not deserve comments like any other.

To the OP, to make the photo stand out more perhaps the background could be blurred so it is less distracting.

The photo is too soft. Either it was taken with mobile phone or cause by movement, camera or subject movement. Always try to get the picture as sharp as possible with utmost effort whenever you shoot.

Very strong photo! I disagree about the sharpness, looks perfectly sharp to me for this type of photo, its not like its trying to be fine art.

Was there a lot of tension in the air at the time?
