I didnt think they were snapshots by the way. i was just defining it. I thought the shots were pretty good. i especially like the Ferris wheel one and the second del sol one. Nice car btw.

Yeah i just bought a a CP Filter for 20 bucks from best buy
it aint much but its start.

The focus on the shot of my neighborhood was the lighting and the night sky.

Not sure what i was trying to accomplish but i liked the picture

What would i need to do to take better photos of scenes like this one?

A tripod and a 1 second shutter would make a really cool shot there. I'd love to see the "motion" in the ferris wheel.

Watch your angles. There were a few pictuers that I couldnt tell rather you were trying to tilt the camera, or if it was a mistake.
