Thanks. Just a single 5200K light bulb in a standard clip hardware housing. I used metal tape to cover the inside of the dish, mated two pieces of mylar to go over the dish, just a little gaffer tape to hinge it. Then just turn it on move it into position, meter, shoot. I'm not convinced the metal tape helped any. O e of these days I'm gonna pickup a continuous ring light or a 6 -9 bulb unit and drop it inside an octabox.
