Wow, HUGE potential here. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that you took advantage of it. The blown highlights on the forehead and glasses are really distracting, and there's almost no detail left in her hair. Ideally I would have liked to see her in a 3/4 profile, and perhaps a fill-flash image right to reduce the extreme dynamic range of this image. I would also consider a monochrome conversion - her face is similar to that of a street vendor I captured in Chennai, India a couple of years ago, and works very well in monochrome IMO.

I like it, I wanted to like it a lot more though. But i agree with tirediron the highlights are just to blown out and distracting.
