Not sure the age of your father, he has the complexion of someone who is in great physical shape.

Oh, I almost forgot to answer to your question, Canoncan.
My dad's going on 75 in May.
And he is in great physical shape, indeed!
Though he stopped marathon running, he still goes on marathon power walks (and trains for them beforehand, of course), on cycling marathons and all this. He's usually the oldest member of the group. But you wouldn't notice.

His farthest hike (heightwise) was in 1997 (so he was 67 at the time), when he went on a Himalaya trekking course, climbing up to 5545 metres (now I don't know at all how much that would be in ft.).

He has some WONDERFUL photos from his trips to ever so many interesting countries...!!!!

I wonder, Canoncan. I wonder.

It was hard enough work to make my sister join. It is next to impossible to make our dad join and share his wonderful, wonderful photos of the most interesting places in this world (Lappland, Spain, Oman, Jordan, Nepal, Lebanon, Egypt, Norway, England and Ireland etc.) Such a pity, isn't it?
