    I like #2 a LOT better than #1. In the first one, with the boat being so blocky, it almost blends in with the background. It's isolated a lot more in #2, and the angle makes it look soooo long. Nice work!

    #2 is the best but not sharply focused.

    My grandfather was captain of three of those lakers, the J.P. Morgan Jr, Eugene W. Pargny & another I cannot remember. As a kid I had 8x10 pics of all three but now only the Pargny.

    I like #2, #1 is noisy and I agree about seeming to blend seeming to be 'blocky' (for lack of a better word).
