A basic sunset off of Kalamalka Lake, B.C.
if you dont mind me asking, how did you get the sky to have that effect?
I really like your focus on the sky and all its different colouring and thin cloud formations as given by the not-landscape version of the photo. To go "against the rules" was the absolute right thing for you to do.
Lovely reflections on the water and good texture there, too, but the sky is most important and comes out ever so well in this vertical photo.
I want that on my wall
Lovely....I really like your composition...nicely done!! : )
Thanks everyone. When I noticted the different cloud formation, I decided to photograph it instead of the landscape/water.
Rapala46: What effect does the sky have? That's all natural, no digital. The only digital effects I did was an a overlaying layer.
nice shot, love the light and colors you've captured. the reflection of colors in the water gives it that something extra...
AWSOME PICTURE I like the way you cropped it. I live in BC aswell but i dont think I have ever heard of kalamalka lake.
Wow. Ditto on all of the comments.
Great photo but I would like ot see the horizontal version.
great shot, love the composition, nice colors on both sky and water.
