Last minute advice, shooting my first wedding.

Funny! The advice has helped me, because I am shooting my cousins wedding next month.

Okay guys I disappeared for a while. I was spending every possible moment outside of work processing the images.

After all was said and done I shot for 16 hours non stop. I captured 800 images and kept 500.

My father in law liked my work so much that he cut me a check when I gave them a slideshow of the finished work yesterday. which enabled me to buy a new 430ex II which replaced my crappy 50 dollar crap-flash.

For your first wedding ever I think you did a good job.

Some CC:
* Watermark is intrusive, is this how you gave it to them or is that only because you are posting on the web? Increase the transparency or decrease the size IMO.
* Several shots appear to be unintentionally out of focus
* A couple shots need to be straightened, in particular the picture of the building. The fact that is it not straight in that picture is really obvious and jarring.
* Not a fan of selective color but if they are happy then you should be too.
* Several pictures were cropped too tight IMO. The groom is cutoff in a bunch of the pictures.
* I would have done more processing on the close-up pictures of the bride's face to remove blemishes and smooth it out. Alternatively you could just gaussian blur the entire image like you did in some others.
* No consistency in processing - all the pictures appear to be processed slightly differently. Some are color, others B&W, others sepia. Some have a gaussian blur others do not. Although, if they are happy with these choices, you should be too. But... keep in mind what it would look like if they wanted to print out a bunch of pictures and do a collage on their wall. Most people would prefer that all those pictures in a set have a similar look to them. When doing B&W or Sepia, I would provide the customer both that version and a color version so they can choose.
* Dress picture - the dress just laying on the chair didn't grab me. I would have tried to get a better picture of it hanging or something more flattering.

Thanks for the constructive input guys. I know I'm far from where I need to be. It was my first wedding and just want to improve.
