Does anyone know how to layer 2 images over each other instead of draging the picture over? Because when i drag it over it doesnt line up perfect. Im trying to do this and in order to do this i need to layer the same picture over each other.
See how he made the steering wheel look like X-Ray vision

OMG Im suck a retard i didnt even think of useing copy and paste.

Thanks for your help :thumbup:

It's funny that you used drag and drop before copy and paste, because most people I talk to don't know about dragging and dropping :p Whatever works :)

yes, then use the layer opacity to fade it, or the eraser set to "airbrush", opacity lowered, then rub out the bits you want to fade

Mac = command j
PC = control j

dublicates the layer or background that you are currently working on and places it directly above the layer you have selected.

You can perfectly allign 2 layers using "Apply Image" command.
But you have to make sure both images are the same dimmension pixel wise.

1. Open both images in PS.
2. Make an empty layer in the file you want to pase new info to.
3. Go to Image/ Apply Image and select as a source your second file.
it will paste the pixels from the second file into the layer you choos as destination.
