    I agree. The black background makes the leaves stand out more.:thumbup:

    Well, I was lucky there was some dark trees in the background. Contrast has been enhanced a bit to get them even darker.

    would at least expect LaFoto to comment, since there is quite a bit of green in it ;)

    Oh yes, LaFoto's conscience has been striking her ever since she's first seen these two photos (of which she likes the first best), for her immediate thought was "This is a photo I could have taken myself, too, this subject and light would have made me photograph this, as well".

    Now she's finally here to say so! :D
    There is not only "a bit of green" in them.
    There is THE BEST GREEN EVER to be seen, and backlit. :thumbup:

    this was my compensation for the other aggressively green image I posted recently ;)

    i almost got blind when shooting the second image.. .the wind suddenly blew the leave away ... and the sun hit my eye through the viewfinder :(
