Leica D-LUX 3 ... or recommendations

I have a dSLR and an SLR, but because of the size it's not possible to carry them around all the time. I was looking for a pocket digital camera, the closest to a professional one: in quality and control. It seems the Leica D-LUX 3 has it all (other than not being able to attach lenses or having focus ring)... Has anyone tried it yet? It seems to have pretty good reputation. It is cool to have manual settings in such a small camera... Actually, I haven't found any other pocket digital camera that allows you to change the settings manually, do you know of any?

what do you guys think, is it a good one to go for? is there any better?

I heard the Canon Powershot G9 is a really good advanced point and shoot. Manual Settings and all. I'd like it too if I wasn't a Sony freak. Sony announced a Sony H50. I like the looks of the H10 though. It has Shutter Priority!
