I wouldn't buy one to use. Other cameras do as well and some do better for less money.

All I care for in a watch is:
(a) its cheap, I much rather spent my money on lenses/cameras/flash/etc
(b) radio controlled and thus reliable
(c) I can change batteries myself
(d) it can be put in the pocket, because wrist watches are uncomfortable

I buy cameras so I can either remember my vacations or make money from my photography. If a photo related item won't make me money, I don't buy it. Exception being my vacation pocket camera.
