Lens// wide angle and lighting

hello new friends!! i am wondering what lens is used here. clearly not a prime (my usual) but what lens can capture so much so close? would it be one that goes to 18mm?

also, favorite lighting tutorials? i have an external flash and i am in sunny arizona with plenty of natural lighting! just lookjng for some resources! thanks!!!

Looks like 14 mm on a APS-C sensor.

I'd bet that was a cell phone camera.
