I have a nikon d5200 and i would like to know which lens is more versatile, the 18-55 (made for digital cameras) or the 28-80 (made for non digital cameras), please.

18-55 def. The 28-8- is to narrow for most as a starting focal length and crucially, this lens wont autofocus on your d5200
