Lensbaby type focus lens?

Hello,

I am new to photography and am looking for a gift.

I'm looking for a lensbaby type focus lens that might be a little more professional than lensbaby lenses. I was told to look at the Zork MFS. Is it any better? Any other suggestions?

I'm trying to stay under 350$.
