License Question....

....the long and short of it is can I sell my Photoshop Elements/Premier 13.I received it for Christmas,installed it,and now want to remove/sell it.Will there be any issues for a prospective buyer?

as long as its not still being used on your computer, I think its ok.

...thanks,p-dog.I did actually find the answer after asking google correctly.Have to do some license transfer agreement,to ensure they can register,recieve update,etc...
