Light From the Woods

here's a local elementary school at night, they have a place there that they called "mini forrest".. i tried everything to get a good pics. with it, (set the ISO to 400, 15secs. shutter & open the f/stop to the smallest number). but still i have to tweak the brightness & stuffs on PS. i think the bulb light there has only 40watts capacity, how i wish i could change the light bulb there to 100watts

this is a pretty cool shot, i love the shadows of the trees and the perspective coming away from the building, it really draws your eye to the light... the building almost looks like it is on fire with that light... they look like they could maybe use a little more contrast...
