Which one is better? And is there any way I can make them better (just adivce please, noediting.(A little note... dont worry about the size... that is my fault, i just need to know color or b&w. This is for a project I am doing and I cannot make up my mind.)

Well, I am a colour freak.
So I would suggest colour for these, since the candles are such a nice, warm colour which soothes the soul upon looking at it.
Looking at these and this composition, I wouldn't know what else could have been done better. Diagonal lines are always interesting to look at, and you set up the candles so they form just that in your frame, exposure looks right. No camera shake... what more do you want?
