Finally I got some shots of lightning. Hooray.
I pulled over real quick on my way home from taking some photos ad managed to get two shots. So here they are...

I love lightning! How did you keep your camera dry though? I want to try some lightning photos this summer

The silhouette of the lone tree in the second is a fantastic addition! I myself have never been brave enough to take any storm/lightning shots so my hat off to you.

Believe it or not, it wasn't raining. I just pulled up in my car, wound the window down a little and rested my lense on the glass.
I felt pretty safe in the car.
